Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective support.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Support sales activities whenever required by assisting customers with relevant product or service information.
