Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries using accounting software like Tally
- Manufacturing & Inventory Costing: Maintain records for raw material purchases, factory overheads, subcontracting, and transportation costs.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations to clear discrepancies.
- Statutory Compliance: Assist with documentation and data preparation for GST, TDS, and other local tax filings.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the purchase, store, and production teams to verify purchase orders against delivery challans and bills.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting tools like Tally ERP min 3 years, plus a good command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and core bookkeeping principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
