Designation - Piping Design Engineer
Salary - Rs. 50000 to 60000 PM
Location - Ahmedabad
Experience - 4 to 8 Years
Job Profile -
- Develop process piping and mechanical designs from concept through construction including developing equipment layouts for process and mechanical facility systems;
- Design in both 2D and 3D including equipment arrangement, pipe routing, sections, P&ID and details;
- Generate/populate component lists with required data;
- Check and correct drawings and associated project paperwork as required;
- Knowledge of piping codes and standards like ASME B 31.3, B 31.1, B 31.4, B 31.8, API, IBR etc.
- Design basis/criteria for piping, selection and preparation of piping material specification pertinent to a project/job. Knowledge of Pharma utilities systems, calculations, equipment, plot plan, plant layout, materials selection, stress analysis and preparation of analyses and development of project deliverables within the discipline.
- Good working knowledge of application of 2-D and 3-D CAD tools (PDMS) in development of conceptual designs and production design deliverables of some complexity.
- Working and operation Knowledge of Pharma utilities like Boiler, Air compressor, Vacuum pump, Chillers, Cooling tower.
