About the Role:
Ausweg Info Controls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, accounting transactions, and support day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and reimbursements.
- Support audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Eligibility:
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is preferred.
