Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
· Building Buyer base of Small Apparel / Footwear / Home Decor Small Retail stores in the Area (One Main city plus Spoke locations)
· Facilitate Input Market Linkage and Direct Consumer Linkage along with Financial Services Products for Small Retailers
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and product management to drive sales
Key Skills/Abilities:
· Deep understanding of Small Retail Stores of Apparel / Footwear / Home Decor etc.
· Ability to establish Products, Schemes and Processes for the territory
· GMV handled: Rs 25 lacs per Month Sales
· Mandatory Requirements: Own Bike & Driving Licence; Own Smartphone; Local resident (> 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History
· An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in a high achievement organisation
