Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles across various technologies. The candidate should be proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques to identify top talent while ensuring timely closures.Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean/X-Ray search.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms with candidates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain quality metrics.
- Stay updated with current technology trends and the IT hiring market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in permanent hiring, contract staffing, or RPO recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience using ATS/CRM tools.
- Experience in client/vendor management.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for product companies, IT services, or GCCs is preferred.
