Job Description
Position: Sales Assistant Manager
Location: Renault Showroom, Pondicherry
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily showroom enquiries, test drives, and vehicle bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display arrangements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct sales team training and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
