Key Responsibilities
- Prepare space planning and layout designs for CarzSpa studios.
- Develop 2D drawings, floor plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in designing showroom and commercial interiors as per company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and monitor progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of available space while maintaining functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications when required.
- Modify layouts based on client or management feedback.
- Maintain design documentation and project records.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of Space Planning
- Practical knowledge of Interior Design principles
- Ability to read and prepare working drawings
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar 3D software (Preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualification
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- B.Des (Interior Design)
- B.Sc. Interior Design
- Diploma in Interior Design
- Any equivalent qualification in Architecture or Interior Design
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Passionate about commercial interior design and space planning.
- Willing to travel for site visits when required.
- Knowledge of showroom, retail, or commercial interiors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,391.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
