Lab Technician (FEMALES ONLY AGE LIMIT 35 TO 45)

Nasya Condiments is a growing food products company committed to delivering quality, authentic, and safe food products. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality testing of raw materials, spices, powders, condiments, and finished food products.
- Perform routine laboratory tests according to established quality standards.
- Check the quality, freshness, purity, and safety of incoming raw materials.
- Monitor product quality during different stages of production.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, samples, and laboratory activities.
- Collect and properly label samples for testing and analysis.
- Assist in identifying quality issues and report deviations to the concerned department.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and handled safely.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Assist with quality control documentation and reports.
- Support the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team in maintaining product standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or quality-control laboratory is preferred.
- Knowledge of food testing and quality-control procedures.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
