We are looking for a enthusiastic, communicative, and professional Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team in the Tricity area. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential leads, conducting online data research and scrubbing, and making outbound calls to pitch our real estate properties and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Sourcing & Scrubbing: Sourcing potential client data from online portals, local databases, and social media platforms, followed by cleaning/scrubbing data to ensure accuracy.
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Reaching out to prospective clients, introducing property portfolios, and qualifying leads for the field sales team.
- Client Engagement: Effectively understanding client requirements and addressing inquiries in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Follow-Ups: Maintaining regular touchpoints with prospective buyers and scheduling site visits or meetings.
- Database Management: Updating call logs, client statuses, and feedback in CRM/Excel sheets consistently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong internet research skills to fetch real estate data online.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data scrubbing and list management.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
- Professional Standards: Well-groomed, presentable, and maintains a confident, professional demeanor.
- Experience: Prior experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, or Real Estate sales is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
