Location: Model Town, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Emperor Bulls is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and experienced Senior Counsellor to join our team at our Model Town, Ludhiana outlet.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and prospects regarding our stock market and skill-based courses.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-ins, leads, follow-ups, and counselling sessions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Guide and support junior counsellors.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in counselling, sales, education, ed-tech, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to confidently communicate with students and parents.
- Leadership and team-handling skills will be an added advantage.
