Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have hands-on experience in editing both short-form and long-form videos, creating engaging graphics, and supporting blog and digital content requirements.
The candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit long-form videos including YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts, webinars, training videos, and corporate content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Optimize videos according to platform-specific requirements and audience engagement trends.
- Manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain project files efficiently.
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials for digital campaigns and online marketing activities.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content for branding and marketing initiatives.
Blog & Content Support
- Create featured images, infographics, and visual elements for blog articles.
- Design graphics that support content marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of professional experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Media Encoder
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, media companies, or content-driven brands.
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and social media trends.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography is an added advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.
