Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dyeing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dyeing department. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and supervising Soft Flow Dyeing Machines and be capable of managing production, quality, and manpower efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise dyeing operations on Soft Flow Dyeing Machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor dyeing quality, shade matching, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with production, laboratory, and maintenance teams.
- Manage operators and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Minimize reprocessing and improve machine efficiency.
- Maintain production records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in textile dyeing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Soft Flow Dyeing Machines is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of reactive dyeing, bleaching, and finishing processes.
- Ability to handle manpower and production planning.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology preferred.
