We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Mobilizer in Hosur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for community outreach, candidate mobilization, counseling, enrollment, stakeholder coordination, and achieving mobilization targets. The role requires strong communication skills, field engagement capabilities, and the ability to motivate youth toward skill development and employment opportunities
Key Responsibilities
1. Mobilization & Community Outreach
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, NGOs, panchayats, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
- Organize awareness camps, roadshows, group meetings, and community sessions to promote skill development programs.
- Create awareness among youth regarding training and career opportunities.
- Counsel and motivate youth to enroll in suitable training programs.
2. Candidate Identification Enrollment
- Identify eligible candidates as per project guidelines such as age, education, and target group criteria.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all candidates.
- Support candidates in registration, onboarding, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain records of enrolled candidates and batch formation details.
3. Counseling &Guidance
- Provide pre-training counseling to candidates regarding career opportunities.
- Conduct orientation sessions on training programs, course structures, and career pathways.
- Guide and support trainees throughout their learning journey.
- Address candidate concerns and provide motivational support.
4. Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly mobilization targets.
- Ensure timely batch closures as per project timelines.
- Submit daily and weekly mobilization progress updates to the Centre Head.
- Maintain strong conversion ratios from leads to enrollments.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with training partners, employers, placement teams, and government bodies.
- Work closely with trainers and center staff for smooth batch formation and candidate attendance.
- Maintain effective communication with placed candidates to ensure retention and address issues.
6. Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain proper records of mobilization activities, candidate details, attendance, and follow-up status.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Centre Head.
- Track mobilization performance and suggest action plans for improvement.
7. Curriculum Improvement Feedback
- Provide feedback to the training and curriculum team based on field insights.
- Suggest improvements in training methods, content, and delivery mechanisms.
- Share market and industry requirements observed during field interactions.
8. Attendance, Discipline & Time Management
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and positive workplace relationships.
- Ensure effective time management to meet deadlines and targets.
- Follow organizational discipline and reporting structures.
9. Special Tasks / Additional Responsibilities
- Support placement activities and candidate retention.
- Assist in innovation initiatives and community engagement drives.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management or project leads.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools preferred
- Ability to work in the field extensively
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in mobilization, community outreach, NGO, education, or skill development projects preferred
- Prior experience in training or placement projects will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
