1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution of all construction activities.
- Review project timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- Establish clear project milestones and monitor progress against defined deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to construction drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
2. Quality, Cost & Time Management
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to required quality benchmarks.
- Implement strict cost control measures and ensure effective utilization of materials, manpower, and machinery.
- Oversee quality assurance across all stages from foundation to finishing works.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and site staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enhance team productivity and efficiency through regular performance evaluations, guidance, and motivation.
- Foster coordination among departments including design, MEP, procurement, QA/QC, and safety.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve design or site issues.
- Maintain strong communication with management on project status, risks, and progress updates.
- Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct periodic project reviews, site audits, and performance assessments.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality.
- Prepare detailed project reports and progress presentations for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile:·
- B.E. in Civil Engineering with 15–20 years of experience in managing end-to-end construction of residential and commercial projects.
- Proven track record in project execution, cost control, quality management, and leadership.
- Strong technical understanding of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.·
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project) preferred.
