Job Summary:
The Ultrasound Assistant supports sonographers and radiologists by preparing patients, maintaining examination rooms and equipment, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient patient flow within the imaging department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist patients before and after ultrasound examinations.
- Support sonographers during procedures as required.
- Clean, stock, and maintain ultrasound rooms and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and update patient records.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Follow infection control, health, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing required.
- Registration with the relevant Nursing Council preferred.
- Previous experience in a diagnostic imaging, radiology, or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
