Core Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Curation
- Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy for different platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Instagram, youtube, FB).
- Multimedia Assets: Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva/Adobe to create eye-catching images, short-form videos, and graphics.
- Content Calendar: Maintain a regular publishing schedule to ensure consistent messaging.
2. Social Media Management
- Publishing: Schedule and publish posts to maximize reach at peak audience hours.
- Community Engagement: Monitor direct messages (DMs), comments, and brand mentions. Respond to inquiries and foster an active online community.
- Platform Optimization: Optimize company profiles and adapt content to fit the specific algorithms and user behaviors of each network.
3. Campaign Execution & Marketing· Paid Advertising:
- Set up and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with targeted audiences and budgets.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all promotions match the company’s core messaging, tone of voice, and overall brand identity.
- Trend Tracking: Stay updated on digital trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Data Analysis: Identify which content types and campaigns perform best, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Reporting: Create periodic (weekly/monthly) performance reports to present to leadership or the wider marketing team
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
