Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and strengthen Elara IVF's brand presence in Jodhpur. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, patient acquisition campaigns, partnerships, and brand-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Plan and coordinate offline promotional activities, awareness programs, camps, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Oversee social media management, content planning, and online reputation management.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports on leads, conversions, and marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of marketing experience; healthcare, hospital, or IVF industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Experience in organizing promotional events and local marketing activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
