Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
