Techmaster Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of high-speed automatic envelope making machines, envelope window patching machines, and peel & seal envelope machines. We design and manufacture innovative machinery using servo automation and precision engineering.
We are looking for a passionate Junior SOLIDWORKS Design Engineer to join our growing design team.
Job Responsibilities
- Create 3D part models and assemblies using SOLIDWORKS.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
- Create sheet metal and weldment designs.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Modify existing machine designs based on production feedback.
- Assist in reverse engineering of machine parts.
- Support the production and assembly teams during machine manufacturing.
- Maintain proper design documentation and revision control.
Required Skills
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in SOLIDWORKS (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Good knowledge of:
- SOLIDWORKS Part Modeling
- Assembly Design
- Drafting
- Sheet Metal
- Weldments
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gears, and fasteners.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in machine design or Special Purpose Machines (SPM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and sheet metal work.
- Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings is preferred.
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
