We are looking for a highly motivated Dentist with exceptional communication, networking, and sales abilities to join our team as a Practice Development Manager.
Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who enjoys building professional relationships and growing business opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and strengthen referral partnerships with dental clinics, educate dentists about Invisalign treatment possibilities, and generate sustainable growth through strategic collaborations.
This is not a conventional clinical role. It is a relationship-building and business development role designed for someone who is confident, outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about helping practices grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dental clinics across Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Build long-term professional relationships with general dentists and specialists.
- Identify opportunities for Invisalign and orthodontic collaborations.
- Present DrBraces treatment workflows, outcomes, and partnership programs.
- Conduct educational meetings, lunch-and-learn sessions, and practice presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with partner clinics.
- Track leads, referrals, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase Invisalign case referrals.
- Represent DrBraces professionally at dental events, conferences, and study clubs.
Ideal CandidateRequired Qualifications
- BDS degree (mandatory)
- Valid dental registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking ability
- Comfortable meeting new people and developing professional relationships
- Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby cities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or practice growth
- Experience with Invisalign or clear aligners
- Existing professional network within the dental community
- MBA or business development experience is an added advantage
