Key Responsibility:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across café outlets.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and other café equipment.
- Attend and resolve breakdowns with minimum disruption to café operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and safety risks.
- Coordinate with external technicians, AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Verify vendor work quality, service completion, and maintenance bills before submission.
- Monitor AMC contracts and ensure services are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain adequate stock of essential spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, fire, safety, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Barista, Housekeeping, and Purchase teams for maintenance requirements.
- Control maintenance costs and recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and expenses.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely without affecting guest experience.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff/technicians.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial establishments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
