Paul and Shini Architects is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Supervisor to oversee architectural and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities on site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Manage workforce, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in architectural, construction, or interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
