Job Summary
Munish Forge Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the forging, casting, automotive, or engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure FIFO and proper material identification and storage.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
- Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Generate inventory and stock reports using ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material losses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Warehouse Incharge or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Experience in the forging, casting, automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
