Senior Sales Manager – Contract Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for contract logistics across assigned markets or regions.

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, transportation, and 3PL solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and strategic partners.

Lead RFQs, proposals, presentations, pricing, and commercial negotiations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in logistics sales, with strong exposure to contract logistics or 3PL.

Proven track record of winning new business and closing complex deals.

Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
