Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, compliance support and HR reporting.
The ideal candidate should be organised, people-oriented, strong in follow-up, and capable of independently managing routine HR activities from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and joining follow-up.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower vacancy status.
- Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, overtime and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly payroll-related employee data accurately.
- Handle routine employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support employee discipline and maintain proper documentation.
- Track probation, confirmation and employee performance review due dates.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC and other statutory HR documentation.
- Manage employee resignation, exit formalities and clearance.
- Maintain accurate HR MIS and management reports.
- Follow up with departments and employees to ensure HR activities are completed on time.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA / PGDM HR / MSW HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Basic working knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle employees professionally and respectfully.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, factories, construction, or other manpower-intensive organisations will be preferred.
We are looking for someone who is execution-oriented, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
