Hiring: MEP Engineer – Real Estate Construction
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at project sites.
- Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage procurement and availability of MEP materials and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of MEP execution experience in real estate/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, DG, STP/WTP, Lifts, and Building Services.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
