Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and skilled Nursing Staff to join our home health care team. The selected candidates will provide quality medical care to patients at their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper treatment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to patients at home - Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) - Administer medications and injections as prescribed - Assist patients with daily activities (hygiene, mobility, feeding) - Maintain patient records and reports - Coordinate with doctors and family members - Handle medical equipment like oxygen, IV, catheter care, etc.
Requirements: - Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM - Valid nursing registration
