Job Summary
We looking for a Customer Support Executive for the International Market who can provide excellent relationship with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate should possess advanced English fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for the UK market
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of concerns
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers
- Meet response time and service quality targets
- Prepare daily reports and updates for reporting head
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
