A Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to promote products or services. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM)
- Create and coordinate content for marketing materials (ads, blogs, campaigns)
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Collaborate with sales and design teams
- Manage brand positioning and communication
- Handle promotions, events, and product launches
- Optimize marketing campaigns for better ROI
- Maintain customer engagement and lead generation activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms)
- Basic understanding of branding and advertising strategies
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or advertising
- Freshers with relevant internships can also apply
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
