Job Title: Safety Officer

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and company policies at the project/site.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for workers.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at site.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor high-risk activities like working at height, excavation, lifting operations, etc.
- Ensure fire safety measures and emergency response systems are in place.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments regularly.
- Promote a safety-first culture among employees and workers.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong observation and reporting ability
- Basic knowledge of construction processes
- Ability to handle emergency situations
Qualification (Preferred):
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred
