We are looking for an energetic Project Executive who enjoys coordinating people, ensuring timely project delivery and creating excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate website and software development projects
- Gather client requirements and prepare meeting notes (MOM)
- Follow up with clients, developers and designers
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate testing and quality checks before project delivery
- Raise invoices and follow up for payments
- Track annual renewals (Hosting, Domains, SSL, Emails etc.)
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation
- Coordinate internal meetings
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Good Computer & Technology Knowledge
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Email communication
- ChatGPT / AI tools
- Project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana etc.)
Preferred Qualification
BBA, B.Com, MBA, BE, Any Graduate with excellent communication
