About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our market presence and drive secondary sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a desire to achieve meaningful career growth through consistent performance and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales within the assigned territory.
- Visit retailers regularly to generate orders and increase product visibility.
- Showcase and promote the company's product range to retailers and key customers.
- Collect orders from retailers and coordinate order placement through distributors.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Place and coordinate orders with the company based on market demand and distributor requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer network.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection, and market development targets.
- Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in field sales and distributor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory operations effectively.
- Good understanding of retail sales, secondary sales, and distribution networks.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
