- Daily Workflow: Oversee routine diagnostic functions including front office, sample collection, pathology, radiology, and report delivery.
- Turnaround Time (TAT): Monitor and optimize test reporting speeds to ensure the fastest possible TAT for patients.
- Patient Journey: Resolve patient grievances instantly and maintain an empathetic, smooth registration-to-billing lifecycle.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain the highest standards of absolute clinical hygiene, safety, and equipment calibration.
Business Development & Financials
- P&L Management: Track daily cash flows, minimize operational expenses, and ensure strict adherence to set budgets.
- B2B Doctor Engagement: Build relations with nearby hospitals, independent clinics, and doctors to increase referral footprints.
- Promotional Growth: Coordinate community health camps, launch preventative health packages, and drive local marketing efforts.

Team Leadership & HR Operations
- Staff Management: Train, supervise, and assign shift duties for receptionists, phlebotomists, lab technicians, and admin staff.
- Roster Control: Manage daily attendance records, leave tracking, and overall human resources compliance.
- Culture: Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture centered around patient priority and professional accountability.
Compliance, Quality, & Supply Chain
- Inventory Control: Audit and order lab reagents, medical kits, and general stationaries to prevent stock-outs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Align clinical practices with local state laws, biomedical waste disposal acts, and clinical establishment protocols.
- Head Office Liaison: Act as the single local focal point for upper management reporting, vendor contracts, and medical legal cases.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
