About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our design education programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about degree, diploma, and certificate courses.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions in CRM/software.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and educational events.
- Coordinate with the academic team for admission-related activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
