About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Bidding Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and bidding on relevant projects across major freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Guru. Your primary goal will be to secure high-quality projects for our creative and digital marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Sourcing: Daily monitoring of freelance platforms to identify projects that align with our core services (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, and Web Development).
- Proposal Writing: Crafting personalized, persuasive, and high-converting project proposals that address the specific needs of potential clients.
- Client Communication: Handling initial communication with prospective clients, answering queries, and scheduling discovery calls/interviews.
- Profile Management: Maintaining and optimizing company profiles on freelance platforms to ensure high visibility and a professional reputation.
- Lead Generation: Developing strategies to improve win rates and identifying long-term contract opportunities.
- Reporting: Keeping track of bids placed, response rates, and conversion metrics to optimize the sales funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand technical project requirements and match them with our team’s skill sets.
- Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to business development.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX, and creative design terminology.
- Efficiency: Ability to work under pressure and meet daily bidding targets.
