To maintain data for Quality processes.
To coordinate with doctors as and when required.
To make arrangements for sample pickups from external units.
To do billing, entries of external patient.
To type reports, HMIS entries & sorting & dispatching reports.
To prepare data for Quality Indicators for NABH, HIC &NABL.
To support the technicians in documentation work related to NABL.
To train on HMIS lab module to new joiner associates.
To communicate with other units, clinics or any other external institute as required by the lab function.
