Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products or services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and encourage conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
