Location: Remote (Aligned with Melbourne Time)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Melbourne Time)
Public Holidays: Off
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales, business development, and outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with business owners, buyers, and vendors to understand their financial requirements, collect and verify business financial documents, and drive the sales process from initial contact through successful closure.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other business financial documents, along with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Candidates with experience in Credit Card Sales, Personal Loan Sales, Business Loan Sales, Mortgage/Home Loan Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, NBFCs, or other BFSI sales roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to buyers & vendors
- Build relationships and confidently interact with clients.
- Can Understand and review business financial documents.
- Analyse basic financial statements such as Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate documentation.
- Negotiate effectively and support business closures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development with outbound cold calling.
- Good understanding of:Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Business Financial Documents
- Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust with buyers and vendors.
- Strong closing techniques and sales mindset.

- Generate qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and business owners.
- Maintain KPI-driven sales performance and accurate CRM records.
- Successfully support business transactions from lead generation to closure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
