Manager – MEP (Project Management)
Arkay Developers is currently executing 5 lakh sq. ft. of Commercial and 3 lakh sq. ft. of Residential projects in Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced Manager – MEP (Project Management) to lead the planning, execution, and coordination of all MEP activities.
Eligibility
- Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in MEP Project Execution
- Age: 40–48 years
- Location Preference: Bangalore candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and civil teams for seamless project execution in MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, quantity estimates, assessment and design documents.
- Monitor project schedules, procurement of materials, and site progress.
- Ensure quality through inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and contractor performance.
- Costing, verify measurements, certify bills, monitor variations, and control project costs.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, procedures, and safety practices.
- Prepare reports and project updates using AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale projects execution (IT parks, malls, high-rise buildings, etc.)
- Experience in PMC/Developer companies for execution project.
