About the Role
VGM Consultants Limited is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month
- DRA Process: Up to ₹14,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0–5 Years
- Age: 18–30 Years
Language Requirements
- Punjabi (Mandatory)
- Haryanvi (Mandatory)
- Hindi
- Basic English
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships
- Update and maintain call records accurately
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good listening and convincing abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
