Job Title: L&D Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a L&D Specialist to drive structured learning and capability development across the organization. This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing training programs that directly impact business performance, employee productivity, and long-term growth.
A key aspect of this role is to establish a competency-driven training system that identifies required skills for each role, evaluates current employee capabilities, and ensures measurable proof of competency development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training calendars aligned with business goals
- Design and implement a competency framework defining role-wise skill and capability requirements
- Assess current employee competencies and identify skill gaps across teams
- Build systems and processes to track, validate, and document competency levels with measurable evidence
- Identify training requirements based on competency gaps and business priorities
- Plan and execute end-to-end training programs, including onboarding, workshops, and external sessions
- Manage training operations including records, compliance, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, assessments, and feedback mechanisms
- Administer and continuously improve Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives
- Drive modern learning practices such as microlearning, blended learning, and AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training interventions are aligned with performance and appraisal systems

- Verified evidence supporting competency levels
- Identification of training needs and development plans
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of competency mapping and training frameworks
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
