About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our private equity firm. This is a client-facing sales role focused on acquiring new investors, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & acquire new clients, investors through company-provided leads and self-generated prospects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client financial goals and present suitable investment opportunities
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain ethics and corporate governance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales, relationship management, wealth management, banking, financial services, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to visit the office as required and meet clients when necessary
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 (based on work experience and performance)
