Acts as a technical expert across Avaya Aura products and solutions, providing guidance on complex technical issues.

Possesses a strong end-to-end understanding of both business and technical requirements.

Participates in and understands solution-level architecture and contributes to defining design standards and best practices.

Serves as the go-to person for programming issues impacting functionality and performance, with the ability to quickly identify probable root causes based on observed symptoms.

Helps ensure that the defined test strategy is followed across the product organization and recommends improvements to enhance product quality.

Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned Aura product and solution, actively contributing to the definition of new features and technologies.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of product strengths and limitations, proposing well-reasoned feature enhancements and guiding the team toward improvements in functionality, performance, and usability.

Contributes to defining engineering standards, processes, and tool selection, ensuring adherence and tracking relevant quality metrics.

Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also helping define technical direction for the organization and proactively driving new initiatives.
