Recruitment – HR Manager / Senior HR Executive
LifeCare Ayurvedic Children’s Specialty Center is a specialized pediatric neurodevelopmental healthcare institution providing integrated services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
Qualification Requirements: - MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience (Healthcare / Hospital preferred) -
Strong knowledge of ESI, EPF, payroll, labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance
- Experience in recruiting therapists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and structured onboarding
- Implementation of hospital-standard HR policies - Statutory compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Performance management and KPI-based appraisal systems
- Staff retention, engagement, and culture building
