About the Role
Jaipur Watch Company is looking for a responsible, customer-focused and well-presented Store Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our retail store.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the retail industry, customer handling and store operations. Candidates with prior experience in the watch industry or luxury retail will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide a pleasant in-store experience.
- Support the sales team in attending to customers and managing daily store activities.
- Maintain proper product display, presentation and visual merchandising.
- Assist with stock receiving, checking, tagging and arranging products.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and store inventory.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and properly maintained.
- Support billing, packaging and order-related activities as required.
- Coordinate with the store and operations team for product availability and movement.
- Assist with customer requests, exchanges and basic after-sales coordination.
- Follow store procedures related to inventory, security and customer service.
- Support the team during product launches, events, promotions and high-footfall periods.
- Ensure all products are handled and presented with care.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom or store operations preferred.
- Good understanding of retail processes and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, inventory management and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
