Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Field Officers (FOS) to manage merchant operations and support business growth in the assigned area.
The role involves visiting existing merchants, onboarding new merchants, and assisting with GPay merchant services and SoundPod installations.
Key Responsibilities - Visit and maintain relationships with existing merchants in the assigned territory. - Identify and onboard new merchants for GPay merchant services. - Assist merchants with registration, verification, activation, and onboarding processes. - Promote and facilitate SoundPod installation and activation for eligible merchants. - Provide basic support and guidance to merchants regarding payment services and devices. - Conduct regular merchant visits and follow-ups. - Achieve assigned onboarding, activation, and installation targets. - Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and completed activities. - Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve merchant-related issues. Requirements - Minimum 12th Pass qualification. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with field visits and local travel. - Basic knowledge of smartphones, UPI, and digital payment services. - Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets. - Freshers can apply; prior experience in sales, field operations, merchant onboarding, or delivery services will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits - Monthly Earnings: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 - Performance-based incentives may be available. - Salary/incentives depend on performance, onboarding, installations,
