ROLE DEFINITION
As an Operations Team Lead with a focus on data and research, you will play a crucial
role in overseeing the operational activities of our organization's data and research
department. You will lead a team of associates and researchers, ensuring efficient
workflows, high-quality output, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your
responsibilities will include managing projects, guiding team members, optimizing
processes, and maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and research excellence.
RESPONSIBILITY
DELIVERABLE
● Handling training and feedback to team members as per the needs of the
project, daily Analysis of reports to the Clients and reporting managers
● Participating in meetings with clients, colleagues, vendors, or other
stakeholders to discuss projects, provide feedback, and drive results
● Reviewing client instructions and create the quality check methods and
parameters
● Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and research projects
within specified timelines.
● Allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to
ensure project objectives are met.
● Implement project management best practices to optimize workflows and
maximize efficiency.
● Working with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on
time and with quality standards
● Supervising and guiding others, including frontline managers
● Developing organizational objectives
● Making critical decisions for the outliers
● Overseeing employee performance
● Identify and remedy defects within the production process
● Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to
ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
● Compile and analyze statistical data
● Ensure that client expectations are met during the deliveries
● Liaising with other managers and HOD
● Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
● Investigate customer complaints and feedbacks
● Manage Client’s SLA’s work for the improvement of the Team
● Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory
requirements
● Conduct Live sampling, training, Monitoring & Assessing Processes
● Quality Monitoring - Evaluate Agent Performance

EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
● Must be a Graduate
● Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or relevant
professional credentials preferred
Pay: ₹35,216.51 - ₹45,224.46 per month
