Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery.
- Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain sales and operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure accurate pricing, product descriptions, and images on marketplaces.
- Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
