We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong Computer Science foundation who understands modern software engineering principles and has hands-on experience with the latest AI models, LLMs, AI agents, data pipelines, web scraping, and production AI systems. The ideal candidate continuously evaluates new models, benchmarks them, and builds reliable AI applications
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI applications using the latest LLMs and multimodal models.
- Evaluate and benchmark models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, Cohere and open-source ecosystems.
- Build RAG systems, AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and prompt engineering pipelines.
- Develop scalable data collection systems using web scraping, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
- Clean, process, label, and optimize structured and unstructured data for AI workloads.
- Build backend services and integrate AI into production software.
- Understand distributed systems, databases, networking, OS concepts, algorithms, and system design.
- Monitor AI quality, latency, cost, and production reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent strong CS fundamentals.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML software.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs and open-weight models.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar.
- Experience with web scraping (Playwright, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) and data processing.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, code reviews, and system design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with advanced domains: deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP
- Knowledge of model explainability, fairness, and interpretability
- Exposure to real-time inference and large-scale data pipelines
- Experience fine-tuning models.
- Experience with OCR, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
- Curiosity to experiment with emerging AI models and tools.
